Linda M. Blaschke, D.M.D.

Dr. Blaschke grew up in Rockland County, New York (near West Point) simultaneously attending high school, nursing school and evening college before attending Fordham University in the Bronx, New York for premed. At Fordham, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology, with English Literature and Psychology as dual minors. Throughout her four years of premed studies (and until she received her post doctorate certificate, six years following), Dr. Blaschke worked as a private duty pediatric nurse. In her second year of dental school, she sat for the hygiene boards, obtained her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist, thus also working as a dental hygienist. She attended Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine to earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) and was awarded the Colgate/Palmolive Women’s Dental Association Scholarship, the Delta Dental Scholarship, the prestigious American Society of Dentistry for Children Award and, most notably, a full two-year scholarship to the postdoctorate pediatric program at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Blaschke earned her Certificate of Advance Graduate Studies in Pediatric Dentistry from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine interning at Franciscan Children’s Hospital. As Chief Resident, she worked closely with the New England Center for Autism and currently sub-specializes in children with autism. In addition to treating patients in private practice, Dr. Blaschke is apart-time supervising dentist at Middlesex Community College School of Dental Hygiene. In addition to her various service opportunities in her home and church community, she also volunteers for the Upper Merrimack Valley Medical Reserve Corps which recruits, trains and deploys members for disaster preparedness in public emergencies and mass casualty events.

Dr. Blaschke is licensed to practice dentistry in Massachusetts and New York. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

The practice was established on February 5, 1996 at the Deaconess Nashoba Hospital Medical Office Building in Ayer and relocated to our current location in Pepperell several years later.

Dr. Blaschke truly cherishes her free time with her husband and their two boys. Her hobbies include: SCUBA diving, traveling, entertaining, volunteering at school and church, gardening, Fenway Park baseball and board games.

Dr. Rachel Boschetti

Dr. Rachel Boschetti grew up in Reading, Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Boston University. Dr. Boschetti then went on to receive her Doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

After dental school, Dr. Boschetti completed a two-year residency at Tufts University, earning a specialty certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

While she is not working, Dr. Boschetti loves to spend time with family and friends, bake sweet treats for her loved ones, and travel to new places. She is excited to be a part of the team at Pepperell Dental Associates and looks forward to giving her patients smiles they can be proud of!

Dr. Pranshu Sharma

Dr. Sharma earned her first dental degree in 2013 from a prestigious institution in India. She moved to the US in 2015 with her family and learned about the American healthcare system. She worked as a dental assistant, researcher and an academic, before starting dental school again to get licensed in the US. She completed her DDS degree at the no.1 dental school in the US- University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She was awarded by the Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology for her exemplary aptitude and knowledge. She has had various papers published, volunteered for public health projects and has been educated about the latest advances in the field. She also received an emerging educator award for outstanding experience and interest in dental education.

She puts great effort in educating her patients and giving them the best possible care. In addition to creating beautiful smiles, she focuses on increasing awareness about oral-systemic health connection.

During her free time, she likes to hang out with her group of friends and family. Her hobbies include hiking, dancing, traveling, cooking and exploring new coffee shops.

Michelle Goldsmith – Practice Manager/Ortho Coordinator

Michelle Goldsmith joined Dr. Blaschke’s practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1996 and is currently the Practice Manager for Pepperell Dental Associates. Michelle graduated from Westbrook College (now known as University of New England) in Portland, Maine in 1982. She previously worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the Boston area and the Fitchburg/Leominster area for both general dentists and periodontists. Michelle continues to stay current in her dental knowledge by attending continuing education courses each year. She is a CPR instructor with the American Heart Association and continues to educate people with the current standards for CPR.

When not working in the office, Michelle enjoys her time with her family. She is a member of the National Ski Patrol (National appointment #11122) and trains fellow patrollers in both the medical training and ski and toboggan training and works for the Eastern Division as an OEC Assistant Supervisor. She volunteers at Wachusett Mountain in Princeton, MA and is a Pro Patroller at a private mountain in Vermont. Her time in the warmer weather is spent mountain biking and hiking. Michelle also spends time riding her Harley motorcycle and camping when there is no snow on the ground. Michelle resides in Templeton, MA with her husband. She has 2 adult children and 2 adult step-children living in Massachusetts, Florida and England.

Lynn Stevens – Dental Hygienist

Lynn joined our team in January of 2019 after practicing in Acton for over 30 years. She attended Middlesex Community College where she obtained an Associates Degree in Science in Dental Hygiene. Lynn also holds a license to administer local anesthesia and maintains her CPR certification. She takes annual continuing education courses in order to keep up to date with the latest advances in dentistry. What Lynn most enjoys about being a dental hygienist is making connections with her patients. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three girls, and their three dogs. Some of her favorite activities are kayaking, spinning, and reading.

Caitlyn – Dental Hygienist

Caitlyn joined Pepperell Dental associates in 2020. Her passion for dentistry started as a child and she loves patient education and helping anxious patients find comfort in the chair. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from MCPHS/Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists in 2006 and has worked in pediatric and family dentistry for 17 years.
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys gardening, cooking and baking. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, 4 young children and their dog, Tilly.

Jacqueline Atkinson – Patient Coordinator

When I’m not at work, I love working on house projects with my husband and communicating long-distance with our four college-age children. As a mother, I know how important it is to have a friendly face at the front desk. I love greeting our patients and coordinating their visits with our excellent clinical staff. Not only are they good at what they do, but they are a great team of women to work with.

Beth – Patient Coordinator

Beth is a Patient Coordinator at Pepperell Dental Associates. She began her career as a Dental Assistant in a General Practice where she gained knowledge of the field. She later moved to the front office and has been there ever since.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Karrysa – Dental Assistant

Karrysa joined Pepperell Dental Associates in June of 2020. She started her career assisting in 2015 and graduated with her certificate from Mount Wachusett Community College’s accredited dental assisting program in 2016. She is CPR and radiology certified, has completed training as an assistant in oral conscious sedation of pediatric patients, as well as taken various continuing education courses yearly to stay up to date with modern dentistry. Karrysa not only assists Dr. Blaschke and Dr. Boschetti in various dental and orthodontic procedures, but she also helps out with the front desk and aids the hygienists when needed. During her free time, Karrysa enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends, baking, crafting, and playing with her pup Remus.

Erin – Dental Assistant

Erin attended Porter and Chester Institute for dental assisting and graduated May 2018. She previously worked in a general dentist office in Acton before joining Pepperell Dental Associates. She is radiology certified and CPR certified. While attending Porter and Chester she served as student ambassador for her class, guiding other classmates and helping those who needed extra help. When not working, she enjoys being outdoors. In the summer she enjoys playing softball and going to the beach. In winter she loves to go snowboarding. In her free time she has she likes to spend time with her family, her friends and her nephews.

Ashley – Certified Dental Assistant

Ashley joined Pepperell Dental Associates in 2023. She started her career in dental assisting in 2009 after graduating from Middlesex Community College with an associates degree in Dental Science. Ashley enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a special interest in oral surgery and orthodontics. During her free time, she enjoys time with her husband and their three children. She enjoys family time, reading and kayaking.
